Warranties

• Warranties are based on each manufacturers specifications, therefore we can only manage the process of sending and receiving the equipment.
• Although we can asssit in the warranty claim process, each manufacturer provides a customer service department to handle these claims directly. We will be happy to provide you with any information that will help you in this process.
• We are not responsible for shipping charges not covered by the manufacturer, therefore we will invoice you for any shipping charges that apply. Please consult with us if you have any questions about a particular product's warranty.
